A special thanks to Bill, who is whom I heard the first part of this from....
So there I was, behind enemy lines... All covered in cocoa butter. Unarmed and unafraid, alone but holding my own. The Ninja horde closed in from the east, Pirates from the west, fleas from the south, and mountains to the north. Knowing the mission relied on me...I took out my trusty baseball bat. I would bring home the legendary Cheese Moose!

Whats the most swankified place in town?
Greetings Blogfans! Once again I am here to update the blog, so you will all know what is going on in the world. Or at least my world. I realize that most of you won't know where the title quote is from. Its ok, I forgive you.
For starters I will not be going to Florida. Its ok, I get to stick around here and visit the Trinity site and get some camping in. There should be pictures from at least one of those trips. So you'll have to check the other blog for those. I've been doing a series of various cities that I've visited. Now I don't want you all to misconstrue this as me liking cities, I don't. But I have visited a few and thought that I might share some views of them with the rest of you.
Next, I have been getting involved with the Scouts again. So I will probably end up getting to do some more camping and all. Also it looks like there is plenty of room to get involved in OA as well, so I guess I will have to read up a little more on that so I can be helpful out here with that.
I have more tea! You can ask Stella, I have a bunch of teas, so I am working on drinking through them. Then I can open some of the Teavana stuffs. Then I will have to consider restocking the tea, but that won't be for some time now.
Anyhow, I think that it is time to do some reading. I bid you a merry evening.

Random Thoughts
Ok, so I know its been a while since I posted, so here we go again happy Blogfans! I know that you missed the posts, not that anyone actually comments.
First off, lets talk about flying. I recently read an article that the average guy takes 4 commercial flights annually. I am taking this as 2 round trips, in which case there is a group of people not flying to make up for me. The end of last year (Late October through end of December) I was on 6 flights, cause I'm cool like that.
Next off, Hilliary Clinton. In case you needed more reason not to vote for her, 1) While losing the race she said that she would be happy with Obama as her vice. Now of course she would, luckily Obama is not that dumb. If you are losing then you don't offer the number 2 spot to the winner. 2) When asked for her picks for March Madness she said that she had to ask her husband. There are plenty of problems with this. First off, you should know when March Madness is, so you should have a real answer, even if it is you don't follow basketball. Next off, is this a foreshadowing of things to come if she got elected? "Oh, a question, lets ask Bill" Doesn't seem like a good position to run from.
Ok, I think that this will be a short post. I am gonna see about reading some more. I wish you all well. I have tea.

Hmmm
First off.
Now then, it comes out in June. I am excited. (Honey, I'll be getting this game, just a warning)
Next off, so you all know the Iditarod is officially over. Lance Mackey won. Then many days later the last person got in off the trail. Now that it is officially over, I suppose that we can start on this whole March Madness thing. Which is apparently a huge cause of not working in the US. Way to go basketball.
You can all be happy, I paid my taxes, the federal government now owes me money. And then because of the stimulus plan they will owe me more money later. Nice how that works out. I did the fill out the form on the computer and then e-file. Then when the government gets around to giving me my moneys they will deposit it directly into my account. How nice of them. Also at this time I would like to say thank you to the state of Florida. That whole no income tax works out quite nicely, thank you for that.
Anyhow, I think that now would be a good time to go get some reading down and sleep. More PT tomorrow morning, so I should be rested for that. Hopefully tomorrow won't be as nuts as today. But Friday is an RDO, and that is always a good thing.
Oh yes, it hit me today while I was getting cards that someone is trying to kill comedy. Things aren't really funny anymore, if you are trying to buy cards you can find the sappy ones really easy. You can't really find a good funny card. There are a few, but mostly they are addressed to grandson or daughter. So yes, I just want good funny cards. Cause Skippy is not going to get the "You are sooo special, have a Blessed Easter". Its not going to happen.

Avast, St. Patrick's Day nears!
Greetings once again. I hope all is well and such. Things are going well out here. Nice weather, Stella is still here. Other then that not a whole lot is happening. We went to the space museum and out to Las Cruces. Got to kick around a bit and show Stella about. Sunday we took an easy day and had a Batman marathon! Twas quite fun.
I also found a scout troop, so Bill and I are going to see about getting involved in that. It will be fun to get back into scouting and helping out, plus it will give me an excuse to do more camping. Which I happen to enjoy. Also I am going to get some of the peoples together for a camping trip. Then we can start training for the Bataan Death March through White Sands for next year. Its 26.2 miles of walking through the desert.
Anyhow, lets discuss St. Patrick's Day for a little bit. I am becoming less and less of a fan of it. I like corned beef and cabbage, I like Irish beer, I like Irish music, I like Ireland. But here in the states its just an excuse for getting overly drunk. There is a party out here and they'll be having rum and coke, vodka and cranberry juice, some margaritas. They will be having Guinness, but mostly because it became cool. (Which means that it is easy to come by, but I'd rather have Beamish). I have been told that there is no reason to have corned beef and cabbage cause its disgusting.
Luckily there will be a few of us out here who will enjoy some corned beef and cabbage along with some soda bread, have a real car bomb and listen to some Irish musics. So yes, life is good.
And for now, I will leave you with that, don't fear I'll post again at some point.

Hola all of you in Blogland.
Tis a happy day in Blogland! For in addition to the wife's new blog, I have set up a new experiment in this blogging. Now I have a blog dedicated to photos! It can be found here. And while I'm setting out links, for those of you who have not found them, you can feel free to read the Skiptastic blog, or a rather Forky blog. But I hope that all is well with you in Blogland. I know that some of you may think, but, this will reduce the blogging that gets done here, but fear not, for I will continue with the wonderful posts that you have come to love and ignore and not comment on. But there will now be even more content for you to enjoy.
Now then, for a quick note on the Iditarod. It is day 7, it is currently 29 degrees Fahrenheit. My pick, Lance Mackey is in the lead. He has taken both of his required rests and is out in front. I hope all goes well for him and all the mushers and their dog teams.

I'm so serious it makes you want to platz
See, a photo! There will be more, fear not. Go ahead, guess which foot is mine. For some good photos you should check out the wife's blog. I have some plans for some more posts. And I need to get you an Iditarod update. I have been tracking it, fear not. But for now I thought that a simple picture would do.

What I need is a list of specific unknown problems we will encounter.
Greetings merry blog fans! I hope all is going well. I have some updates for all of you. First off, Stella is here and has been getting to see the wonders of Alamogordo. And she even doesn't mind living here for a few years. Yay! There is still other stuffs to see and such, like today we are going to the zoo. But we got to wander about Cloudcroft the one day and out to White Sands another. There will be pictures up at some point, fear not.
Next up, as a notice, there is rumor that St. Patrick's day has been officially changed to 14 March which is a Friday, but it is during Lent. So I am wondering, does anyone know if there has been a dispensation for that Friday, so I can do such things as eat corned beef? I have emailed the local bishop and the military bishop, so hopefully someone will know.
And finally an Iditarod update. You can note that my pick is currently in the lead. Hooray!
And for the rest of the mushers look here
My rookie pick is currently in 61st place.
